To reserve your spot, a non-refundable $250 deposit is required. If you’re unable to attend, your deposit can be credited toward any future retreat co-led by Winter and Jenna within 2 years. If no retreat is held within that time, the deposit will be refunded in full.

Upon Registration
Once your $250 deposit is received, you’ll be emailed a retreat contract outlining the full payment schedule, cancellation/refund policies, and participation agreements.
Signing this contract confirms that you understand and agree to the refund timeline and other important retreat terms.
Not Included:
Airfare to and from Spain (we suggest Iberia, BOS —> BCN red eye, non-stop. Usually $250-450 RT)
Transportation from Barcelona airport to hotel (approx. $20 euro, 20 min taxi)
Travel insurance (highly recommended)
Meals during free time or outside scheduled group meals
Souvenirs, personal purchases, or extra excursions
Additional wellness add-ons outside of planned retreat activities
Refund Timeline for Remaining Balance
🗓 2026 Retreat Cancellation Policy (October 13–20, 2026)
Cancel by April 15, 2026 → 100% refund (minus the $250 deposit)
Cancel between April 16 and July 31, 2026 → 50% refund of the money paid (minus the $250 deposit)
Cancel on or after August 1, 2026 → No refund
If we are able to fill your spot with someone from the waitlist, we’ll refund your balance in full (excluding the deposit), regardless of when you cancel. The refund will be issued once your slot has been successfully filled by another participant.
Please note: Our refund policy has to be strict, because of the quantity of non-refundable money we have to front for all of the bookings and experiences to make this a magical retreat!

The early bird rate of $1,095 is available through December 31, 2025 — after that, the retreat investment will be $1,150.

Option 1 – Monthly Plan (6 months):
$100 deposit, then $165.83/month for 6 months
Option 2 – Two Installments:
$100 deposit, then $497.50 due 3 months before, and $497.50 due 1 month before the retreat
